Nevairo creates contemporary womenswear designed to fit naturally into the rhythm of daily life. From quiet mornings to evenings out, our pieces are made to move with you rather than against you.

We take a deliberate approach in a fast-moving industry. Where much of online fashion is built around what sells this week, we look for what still works next season. That means clean lines, balanced proportions and versatile silhouettes — pieces you keep reaching for long after the trend that surrounded them has passed.

It also means we say no more often than we say yes. Not every style that reaches us makes it into the collection. If a piece only works in one setting, or only flatters one figure, or only looks right in a photograph, it does not belong in a wardrobe built for real life.

What we look for in every piece

• Fabric that works. We select materials that feel good against the skin and keep their shape through everyday wear and washing. A garment that looks beautiful once and never the same again is not worth owning.
• Silhouettes with intention. Our cuts favour subtle tailoring and relaxed elegance, with room to move. We pay attention to where a hem falls, how a sleeve sits and whether a waistline flatters when you are sitting down as well as standing up.
• Pieces that pair. Every item is chosen as a building block, designed to sit alongside what you already own. A dress that only works with one pair of shoes is a costume. A dress that works with boots in November and sandals in June is a wardrobe.
• A considered palette. We work within a range of tones that sit comfortably together, so pieces bought months apart still look like they belong in the same wardrobe.

How we got here

Nevairo began with a single focus: women's dresses built around everyday elegance and comfort. It was a narrow starting point on purpose. We wanted to get one category right before adding another.

As our community grew, so did the requests for more than dresses alone. Customers who had bought a midi dress asked what to layer over it. Customers who liked the fit of our knitwear wanted the same feeling in a jacket.

Today our collections span dresses, knitwear, jackets, skirts, matching sets and footwear — each addition held to the same standard we started with. We would rather grow one category at a time and get it right than launch ten at once and get none of them right.

Fit and sizing

Sizing is where online shopping most often goes wrong, so we try to take the guesswork out of it.

• Size guidance on every product page. Alongside the size label you will find guidance on the cut and fit of the piece.
• We flag the exceptions. Where a garment runs smaller or larger than you might expect, we say so in the description rather than leaving you to find out.
• Ask before you order. If you are between sizes or unsure which will suit you, email our team. We would far rather spend five minutes helping you choose than process a return neither of us wanted.

How we work

We would rather tell you exactly how this works than leave you to guess.

• Where your order comes from. Nevairo works with international manufacturing and logistics partners, and orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Asia. This is how we keep a curated collection at prices that stay reasonable.
• How long it takes. Orders are prepared and packaged within 0–1 business days, Monday to Friday. Delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 7–10 business days from dispatch, so 8–12 business days in total, depending on your location and the carrier.
• Free UK delivery. Delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend and no charges added at checkout. We deliver within the United Kingdom only.
• Tracking. Every order ships with track and trace. You will receive updates by email, and you can check your order at any time on our Track Your Order page.
• Returns. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Because our parcels are dispatched from overseas, returns are handled through our international logistics provider, and return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Our Return & Refund Policy sets out the full conditions — we would rather you read it before you order than discover it afterwards.
• Secure payment. Checkout is handled through Shopify's secure payment system. We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, Shop Pay and Visa. We never see or store your card details.

Talking to us

A brand is only as good as what happens when something goes wrong. Ours is a small team, and we answer our own email.

• Responsive support. We reply to questions about sizing, orders and returns within 24 hours on business days, Monday to Friday.
• Straight answers. If an item is delayed, we tell you it is delayed. If something is out of stock, we say so rather than letting an order sit unfulfilled.
• No pressure. Our store is built for browsing at your own pace. You will not find countdown timers or invented scarcity here.

Where we are going

We are still early in this. Our collections will grow, our sizing will widen and our product pages will get more detailed as we learn what customers actually want to know.

What will not change is the starting point: clothing that fits into a life rather than demanding one be built around it. Clothing is not separate from life. It exists within it.
